What is Regression Therapy?
Regression therapy is based on the premise that our experiences are stored in one of three layers of consciousness and that each of us is at our healthiest when all three layers of consciousness are working cohesively and thinking similarly.
Three Levels of Consciousness that are recognized in Regression Therapy include:
1. The conscious mind, representing what a person does;
2. The sub-conscious mind (a.k.a unconscious mind),
representing what a person is;
3. The super-conscious mind, also known as the spirit, soul,
God, or Higher Self /higher element of a person.
The primary focus of past life therapy is in helping a client resolve the issues at hand rather than examining their past lives. The belief that people are born with a distinct set of emotions and definitive personality is the foundation upon which Regression Therapy is built. Our life experiences alter and reinforce our emotions and personality in such a way that they become part of ‘what makes us tick’ – our psychological blueprint. When we experience negative emotions, they will eventually emerge in our adult life in the form of symptomatic behaviors or relational challenges.
Ultimately, all negative emotions will cause some form of harm to our physical being. Regression Therapy aims to isolate negative emotions and dissolve them so that the physical body can perform at maximum potential in order to prevent illness and disease. The process involves locating the physical symptom and following it to its related negative emotion. The client is gently guided by the trained therapist to regress and is led by their Higher Self (aka Super Conscious) to the point that the emotion was stored. But rather than experience it in its original form, with negative emotions, the client is allowed the freedom of choice to attach a positive and more beneficial emotion to it if he or she chooses. Imagination is enlisted for the creation and imprinting of a new reality for the past experience. By doing this, the physical and emotional pain they have loses its link to the negative emotion and is now connected to a healthier and positive emotion that can affect change in the symptoms to promote an improved overall sense of well-being.
When is Regression Therapy used: When it is determined that the client is ready, willing and the issue they are currently working through has surfaced and no longer serves them. Via dowsing methods, it is determined whether this form of therapy will be of benefit and assist in the shifting of their energy, emotions and consciousness so that they may heal the current issue with grace & ease.

"I have been a client of Gina Bello’s at Hand, Heart & Sole Wellness for over a year. In that time, Gina has become an integral part of my quest to improve my health and well-being. I have tried a number of Gina’s services but most recently Gina performed Past Life Regression with me. I was amazed at the information and knowledge that I gained during this session. Many of my life’s questions, habits and choices were made so much clearer as a result of undergoing this treatment. It was like a major piece of my life’s puzzle fit into place. I can’t thank Gina enough for all of her help, support, and guidance.I look so forward to continuing my well-being journey with her."
